AMDRAS Certificate of Training Information Session.

Join us for an insightful AMDRAS Certificate of Training Information Session hosted by Mediation Institute on Thursday, 20th February 2025, from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM EDST.

This session will provide an overview of the new AMDRAS (Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards) Certificate of Training Course developed by Mediation Institute. The presentation will detail the curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities it offers.

Whether you want to learn mediator skills to help you with your management of conflict situations, you've been facilitating discussions for years and now want formal development and recognition of your skills or are even new to dispute resolution but want to complete the training in order to be eligible for assessment for national accreditation as a mediator. This is the opportunity to ask your questions of Joanne Law, Director of Mediation Institute.

Who is it for? People who are considering learning meditation skills and/or want to be nationally accredited as mediators under AMDRAS.

Who doesn't need to attend?  People who are already accredited as mediators under NMAS (the former system) or have renewed under AMDRAS. There is no upgrade or gap training required for you to continue to be nationally accredited under AMDRAS. We'll soon run a session for you to explain the process to apply to be eligible for Advanced or Leading Mediator Status.
