By submitting this application for Practitioner Membership, you authorise Mediation Institute to seek information from any party noted on your application and/or supporting documents or an authorised representative of the Mediator Standards Board and/or the Attorney General's Practitioner Registration Department, if relevant.
By authorising Mediation Institute to act as your independent complaint handling service you authorise Mi to notify the Attorney Generals Practitioner Registration Department if a substantiated complaint is made against you that requires disciplinary action and/or to notify them of other changes that may affect your registration as a FDR Practitioner.
Our team will review your application and contact you if they require any additional information. Once your application is complete an invoice will be issued and upon payment your membership will be finalised. The current fee for practitioner membership is $190
